What to Expect on This Blog
This blog exists for one central purpose: to point you to Jesus Christ and Him crucified. As Paul wrote, “For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified” (1 Corinthians 2:2, NASB). Every article, question, and resource is meant to strengthen your faith, deepen your love for the Lord, and draw you closer to His Word (Romans 10:17; Colossians 2:6–7).You’ll find Bible-based teaching, practical encouragement for everyday discipleship, and clear, scriptural perspectives on the cultural and moral issues of our time. We believe that “all Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness” (2 Timothy 3:16, NASB), and that God’s people must refuse to be “conformed to this world” but be “transformed by the renewing of your mind” (Romans 12:2, NASB). Our aim is to stand for truth as God has revealed it in Scripture—humbly, courageously, and without compromise (John 17:17; Ephesians 4:15; Jude 3)—so that you can be equipped to follow Christ with confidence and hope (2 Timothy 3:17).
We also want to walk with you in your spiritual journey. That’s why we invite your Bible questions and thoughtful interaction. Like Philip with the Ethiopian in Acts 8, our goal is to come alongside you in understanding the Scriptures (Acts 8:30–31) and to be “ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you… with gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15, NASB). As we study, ask, and grow together, we pray that “the word of Christ will richly dwell within you” (Colossians 3:16, NASB) and that your walk with the Lord will be strengthened day by day.
